TNQ, Silver Works and Green Works have all replaced a tired old retail park and are set to inject some urban luxury into the neighbourhood.

Commuting from Colindale is a straightforward affair for residents working in the City and West End. The Northern Line Tube runs to Camden Town via Hampstead, before dividing into two branches that stop at both Bank and Tottenham Court Road. A mainline rail link from Farringdon and St Pancras Eurostar passes through Mill Hill Broadway, just a five minute car ride from Colindale, on its way to Luton Airport. Colindale residents also benefit from being just two stops away from the shops and restaurants of Brent Cross Shopping Centre.
